Shipping Info / Refund Policy / TOS

We want to make purchasing your cloth nappies as easy and affordable as possible.

After recent, significant rises in courier costs, we did consider putting up all our prices to be able to keep a lower shipping rate, but feel that it is not fair to penalize customers who collect or purchase direct from the showroom, so our shipping prices reflect the real cost of shipping your goods on a reliable service.

Our courier pick-ups are at 8am Monday to Friday, so for stock items we aim to have any orders placed before 3pm, on that next available courier.

For items being hand made on site, we do our best to have them ready within 2 days, however there can occasionally be a small delays due to material availability or workload so if this  is the case, we will let you know.

New Zealand 

  • A flat rate of $7.00 for non rural and $11 for rural, NZ wide on orders under $150
  • Orders of $150 or more have FREE shipping
  • Pick-up from our showroom in Riverhead has no fees. 
  • Registered Baby Shower purchases have FREE Delivery to the baby shower in NZ.

Economy Tracked (3-10 days) - $21

Courier Signature required (2-6 days) - $35

 

Returns / Refunds Policy.

While faulty products are extremely rare for us, of course if any product you purchase from us does turn out to be faulty we will replace with same item free of charge.

If we do not have same item available, we will offer you a similar equivalent or refund.

If you simply change your mind, you can return to us in new unused condition within 2 weeks of receipt to exchange for another product or refund. (please just let us know it is coming so we expect it and refund will be processed on arrival of the returned product - you can use the "contact us" page on this website, phone or text 0211312458 or email butternutbabywear@gmail.com) Note that a refund for change of mind will not include the shipping cost.
